  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must not be damaged, altered, or have any odors.

  • Returns are valid only for defective items, wrong size, or incorrect products.

  3. Include your Order Number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.

  4. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items, which will be covered by the store.

5. Refund / Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You may also request a replacement item (subject to availability).
